Having owned and remodeled several houses of my own, family and friends always asked for advice when purchasing or updating their homes, soon got word around and friends of friends began to request my advice. Now, I’m the personal advisor people take along house hunting, to Home Depot and count on for their house and garden decisions. When I’m not assisting in some home related activity I’m engrossed in writing, traveling the world or spending time on my boat.

I love to write about subjects I know well, home and garden improvement, boat care - owning a boat is more about maintenance than sailing-, travel, a seasoned traveler has a lot to say, and I do travel. Every year I make it somewhere around the world, this past year alone I traveled over 18,000 air miles covering three U.S. destinations, Europe and South America.
